The Unit is fully
equipped, however, you need to bring sheets, towels, pillow cases and
dish cloths. PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED. There is a high efficiency
small washer dryer in the house, but it takes only small loads. The house is NO Smoking. Parking in winter is limited to two cars, while in summer three to four cars can park in front of the house. This is a Mountain Cabin, so be aware that there are certain risks you may do not encounter in your residential area at home. In winter there are icy stairs, icy walkways, snow slides from the roof or trees, snow removal equipment on the roads, deep snow where you can sink in up to your neck and many more perils. Be prepared for the conditions on the mountain Summit by wearing the appropriate footwear and clothing. Never let small children play alone around houses and trees when they are covered with snow and be careful when playing on the street when snow removal equipment is under way. In summer and spring there is the possibility of encountering bears or mountain lions. Never let small children play alone without proper adult supervision and be informed how to behave when facing wild animals. |
